Your satisfaction is important to us. Please read our refund policy for the two types of products we offer:
1. Digital Products (e.g. PDF Downloads)
We offer refunds on digital products within three (3) working days of purchase in the shop. To request a refund, please contact us with your order details and the reason for your request. We value your feedback and use it to improve our offerings.
2. Appointments (Online or In-Person)
Refunds for appointments are available under the following conditions:
Cancellations: You may cancel your appointment for a full refund if you notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
Service Quality: If you are not satisfied with the service provided during your appointment, please let us know immediately after your appointment and explain your concerns. We are committed to excellence and will review your request for a refund or offer a resolution.
